Background: Twenty-five years ago I learned that I was a celiac and lactose intolerant. Since that time I have been on a search for good food that my diet would permit me to eat. Together with my husband, Steve Fisher, our mission is to be one of the best gluten, nut and dairy free speciality bakers. While we have found some good products over the years, we have developed a passion for creating these foods using the freshest natural and organic ingredients.
